Okay, you are gonna have to stick with me on this one. It is a bit totally different then your common retexture set up.
1.) Go into OpenIV and navigate to GTA V/replace/x64/dlcpacks/patchdayng2/dlc.rpf/x64/ranges/gta5/automobiles.rpf
2.) Discover “shamal.ytd”. Allow edit mode and double click on on it. Make sure to again it up!
3.) Click on “import” on the high of the window that may pop up.
4.) Choose the BMP file entitled “shamal2_sign_7”. You must get it to pop up within the texture file.
5.) Click on “Save”. You’ve got now put in this retexture!
