For Addon :
u ought to open OpenIV after which head to there : Mods>replace>x64>dlcpacks and duplicate the voyagerc folder there (or drag it to openIV ) after which head to mods>replace>uptade.rpf>widespread>date after which open dlclist and add this code :
dlcpacks:voyagerc
( initially you must allow edit mod and for dlclist you must proper click on on it after which click on on edit 😉 )
