The Philippine Air Force was able to procure its own custom version of the venerable F-15E Strike Eagle. Dubbed the F-15P “Philippine Eagle”, this version features a mix of elements from established Strike Eagle variants. The F-15P incorporates the conformal fuel tanks and additional hardpoints from the Strike Eagle. The type also sports the latest in avionic upgrades, with a fully integrated IRST and an option for jamming systems via external pods. These capabilities solidify the F-15P as the premier multirole fighter of the country.
The F-15P is popularly known to its pilots as the “Haribon”.
