Set up
substitute hydra.dff and hydra.txd in your gta3.img
Place the .cs information in your Cleo folder (Cleo four required). When you’ve got Al_Planes.cs already, you need not overwrite it.
Additionally put the .cleo file in your Cleo folder aswell
