This is not a realistic vehicle used in Los Angeles Police Department, but I did it because I love 90s CV in LAPD textures QAQ.
I searched sorts of pictures about real retro LAPD cars in 1990s, including Chevy Caprice and LTD Crown Vic, and I took the version of a GED slicktop Caprice because its a 1994 CV.
