Base Mannequin: CSR Racing 2
Description:
The bottom M8 coupe and convertible produce 600 horsepower and 553 lb-ft of torque, whereas Competitors fashions get an additional 17 hp. Efficiency guarantees to be distinctive: BMW says the usual M8 coupe is able to 0-60 mph in simply 3.1 seconds, and the convertible will do it in 3.2. With the Competitors package deal, these numbers drop by a tenth. High velocity for all fashions is electronically restricted to 155 mph, rising to 189 mph with the optionally available M driver’s package deal.
Just like the M5, the M8’s all-wheel drive system has three selectable modes: A default 4WD setting meant for regular driving, a 4WD Sport setting that sends extra energy to the rear wheels, and 2WD mode that is solely energetic when stability management is turned off. An energetic rear differential works with the automobile’s M Dynamic mode to permit a level of wheel slip for managed oversteer.
