I discovered a free mesh that was a Chevrolet Beretta. It is low poly so I figured it would slot in San Andreas effectively. I made this SA model automotive based mostly off the Beretta mesh and blended and matched unique SA automotive elements and textures, and I received this which I am calling the Cheretta.
