removed text from front window sun visor
replaced ukrainian flag in interior with russian flag
How to install :
Replace Stretch.dff and Stretch.txd In gta3.img using Alci’s Img Editor
replace stretch lines In handling.cfg, vehicles.ide,carcols.dat and carmods.dat in data folder with lines in readme file
