Rural Transit of Mindanao Inc., is a subsidiary of the corporate large Yanson Group of Firms. Established in 1985 after the house owners Ricardo B. Yanson and his spouse, Olivia Villaflores Yanson ventured enterprise in Mindanao after forming Ceres Liner Inc., in 1968 and lined the transport companies in Negros Provinces in 1980’s.
