Converted Ruiner 2000 vehicle, adapted to San Andreas Style. It has a functional KITT Scanner!
To install Ruiner 2000 you must place the files you downloaded inside the Modloader folder in the San Andreas Directory, otherwise, you can replace the DFF, TXD and data lines as usual, with an img tool and data editors.
