This replaces the Utility Truck and Utility Trailer
(utility truck spawns within the airports, however best with a carspawner)
(you want a automobile spawner for the trailer)
Contains 5 “extras” which flip it into 6 totally different vehicles:

* Air pressure/Military twin cab with small flatbed
* Canvas/body coated flatbed
