Re:LIT – SF Chinatown added prelighting and more

Buildings at Chinatown are really dark at night. So this simple mod aims to fix this issue by adding more vibrant color and lighting with vertex prelighting. I also added more Chinese lamps and lanterns in the alleyway and the main street near Woozie’s house, they really added more warmth and atmosphere to the place.
