in which all the Properties added benefits from the view of santa Maria Beach and Los santos in general ,the projet is located West to Los Santos,
This project contains 7 new properties.
The Properties added contains : One Savedisk , Couples of cars Spawned and a Jetmax .
All the textures added are taken from the games , noone of them were edits or made to Higher Resolutions , Basicly this mod fits with SA’s old textures .
