What is Overdose Remastered Effects?
Overdose Remastered Effects is a mod that combines three of the most popular effects mod in the GTA SA modding community: Overdose, Combat and Insanity Effects.
The only effects that I took was those that I liked but you can try suggesting adding or replacing some of the effects and Ill think about it.
