It is useful in many cases, such as:
-You downloaded a mod that replaces player.img but still want to play as CJ
-you want to put CJ in some cutscene or mission replacing other peds (with the original CJ there’s no way)
-In case you want several CJs with different clothes, in the same place
-Replace peds in general, such as those on the street
-Use in mods that only work on peds, such as Bullet Ragdoll
Also, if you have installed the PedFuncs mod,the CJs will have even more clothing variations.
Also in the download, as a optional, you will have HD textures from the Proper Player Retex mod
