With this mod, when taking damage, a mark will appear on the screen pointing in the direction of the attacker’s position. You could often see this effect in other modern games, especially in shooters. It looks very good both with a third-person view and with a first-person view. In .ini, you can customize the marker color, size, and many other parameters. The archive also contains various presets of visual settings
