so whereas i used to be looking out via the gta3.img recordsdata i discovered his particular txd and it was really easy to mod i used to be tempted to do it however i couldnt consider what to place in. so heres my first billboard mod, the principle ladies from dota 2. Lina, Crystal Maiden, and Wind runner/Wind ranger. yow will discover these billboards in LA hills, simply north of the cemetary
