Within data/pedgroup place that female ped (now a cop in this case) where you want him/her to appear. Replacing a hooker is good because they always show up on the map as long as you are in their territory.
Walk up to him/her and press B. Sometimes you have to press it more than once. Thing is the BJ cleo mod won’t work on male peds, and that’s OK with me. But that’s why your cop has to have female coding.
It’s also fun to be a female player and get serviced by a cop.
