Due the GTA SA has 6 star wished stage, so the music began to play once you attain 2 star wished stage. When the wished stage goes up, the music will probably be modified extra dramatic.
This mod can be extra higher in case you mixed GTA V for GTA SA mods equivalent to HUD, police Siren, and so on.
