About this mod:
– **NEW** max regen now can be limited based on max health%
– **NEW** regen speed now will also based on max health% and max regen%
– **NEW** blood effect will appear when your health is low
– **NEW** blood effect appearance will be based on max regen% too
– This regen has a delay timer before starting health regen
– The delay timer will reset if the player takes damage
– Regen speed is slow except when crouching and riding any vehicle
– Regen speed will remain slow when walking while crouched
– There is a .ini file in this mod for mod customization
