This mod makes the turning animation smoother and more similar to HD era GTA, more specifically, GTA IV. CJ and peds will no longer walk like a robot, they will now have a delay and slower walk/turn speed like Niko.
I recommend using this with an animations mod and/or ImprovedMove.
