Este pequeno mod cleo fará com que ao achar o veículo Mr. Whoopee na rua ele toque música.
A função é baseada no GTA III e GTA VC, e o som será direcional no carro com o formato não muito convencional. A música a ser tocada inclusive é do próprio GTA VC.
Caso o veículo seja danificado a música parará de tocar. Antes a música parava de tocar caso você entrasse no carro, mas coloquei um script alternativo para isso não acontecer.
