New Ped Behavior

This mod adds new ped behavior to increase the difficulty ~ (recommend to used teargas fix mod if not crash your game like my did)
The behavior include:
1. Gang will throw grenade
2. Police will throw grenade
3. Criminal and Prostitute will throw Molotov
4. Random civilian will have pistol when walking around
