After putting the modification’s files to your root game folder, every car will have a slower or higher speed / turn speed / heaviness or any value that has the same value with pedestrains.
Pedestrains drive slow in other conditions. With this modification, you can drive slowly and take a view at the San Andreas.
This modification is not a cleo script, which means you can turn on-off anytime and you do not need to start “New Game” to activate.
Also this modification works with 100% save-games, any save-games, 1.0
