A fast mod I made that recreates the rain droplets on display screen like in VC.
You may make your individual textures and change them within the txd.
1.1:
Droplets do not present when it is wet and there is a constructing over CJ.
Droplets begin off with little amount then enhance as rain climate stays.
Higher droplet movement.
Put RainMod.cs in CLEO folder.
Put RainMod.txd in fashions/txd folder.
Display particles solely present when climate is wet.
