Realistic Traffic mod V 3.0 (final)

I made this modification by enhancing the GTA SA information. This modification modifications the autos that spawn within the regular visitors(cargrp.dat) making the visitors extra real looking.

Options:
– Extra varieties of vehicles are added to visitors.
(uncommon vehciles spawn in visitors: Phoenix, bullet, hotknife, and so on)
– Practical visitors in each kind of areas and zones.
– Vehicles, Vans, and buses spawn in visitors extra generally.
– Turcks and vans spawn virtually in all places.
– Decreased business and utility autos in indutrial zones
(civil vehicles may also spawn in industrial zones)
– Extra varieties of vehicles spawn in Forest zones.
– Tractors and bikes are faraway from forest areas.
– Extra varieties of vehicles spawn in desert areas.
– Monster vehicles and dune truck spawn generally in desert areas now.
– Gangs and mafias use extra varieties of vehicles.
