This project add a new features like working wipers, wobbling engine, spinning driveshaft, working turnlight, and adding fixes and improvement from Upgraded Vehicles Pack without any significant changes that breaks the game atmosphere and vehicle itself.

Notes
Set [vehiclePipe= “Mobile”,”Neo” or “Env”] inside skygfx1.ini to preserve the chrome details and avoid transparency bugs.
Recommended using it together with latest version of VehFuncs, ImVehFt and SkyGfx.
