A new playable house that is in Richman zone of map I name it cleo house cos it isn’t a IPL mod the stuff inside the house are placed using CLEO 4, the house interior .dff and collision were created by me from scratch to remplace an unused garage of hiden interiors so you can use it as warehouse. The tv, pcs on desks, and couch models are also created by me so please dont steel those models as your mods, they have modern tv and pcs looks to go with the house. To enter the house just stay in the red circle at front door like 10 to 15 secs and it will teleport you inside.
