[SA] Crack Palace Savehouse [BETA-restore]

This modification restores a cut feature from GTA San Andreas.
You can use Crack Palace as your Savehouse after the mission End of The Line
You can find Health, Armor, Chainsaw, Adrenaline Pill and Save Pickup at this house.
We added an easier the way to the top instead of running to the top, we added an Elevator to go to Big Smoke’s Floor.
