Set up:
1. Dff and TXD information add or substitute in gta3.img with any programm for opening .IMG-archives (IMG Instrument, Spark, IMG Editor)
2. !!!NECESSARILY!!! – Copy file veh_mods.ide to dir GTA SA/information/maps/veh_mods/
