Yes i know this timecycle and RTR is almost like same timecycle with different name
but i’m pretty sure you can still see the diffrences especially on SunnyLA and ExtraSunnyLA 🙂

Installation : Drag “data” folder and “timecycle24.ASI” to your
GTA sa ” DIRECTORY ” [DO NOT PUT “timecycle24.ASI”
inside modloader,cleo or even more worse inside data folder otherwise
your game crash]
