This Mod spawns a gang of homicidal clowns who create chaos all
round them by attacking Peds, dragging individuals from their automobiles
and killing anybody who fires a gun. Nobody is secure after they’re
round – together with the police! The behaviour of those clowns was
created by Rockstar they usually carry no weapons.
