—open gta3.img with imgtools or alci’s img editor
—add becak.dff, becak.txd, tuyul.dff, tuyul.txd, then
—before changing do not forget to make a backup
—replace bike.dff, bike.txd
—save or rebuild
—play and luxuriate in
