GUYS!!! I FORGOT THE STEPS FOR THE INSTALLATION
1. Use Spark.exe or IMGTool.exe or what ever you utilize for changing .txd’s and .dff’s.
2. Open gta3.img with the instruments I discussed earlier than.
3. Exchange the file dyn_cash.txd with the file within the mod folder.
ALSO remember to make a backup.good
