The visual change in the health bar is not very noticeable, but is there if you compare. You can check your armor in player’s stats.
The HP numbers are not included, that’s a separate mod called ClassicHud by _AG, is in the image only for clear visual reference.
IMPORTANT: The mod is very stable, it even has a safety measure that ensures that you keep 200 armor even if you complete Vigilante and receive bonus armor but the second option that adds even more armor can break your armor HP if you do receive the bonus. If that happens, you can fix your armor by killing your character or saving and then reloading your savegame. I can’t avoid this to happen, so that is the only workaround I can do.
