This can be a quite simple (and my very first) modification for GTA San Andreas.

Space 69.
~ AA weapons at Space 69 eliminated, permitting you to fly across the base
with out being shot down.

Verdant Meadows (Airstrip).
~ All aircraft wrecks eliminated to make the world nicer to see.
~ Hydra and Rustler hangar changed with Space 69 (trendy) hangars.
~ Flora added to grassy areas across the airstrip.
~ Touchdown lights on the west finish of the runway.
