This mod replaces the “Welcome to Las Venturas!” signal with the “Nuketown” signal from the Nuketown 2025 map from Name of Obligation Black Ops II
Mod options:
* Excellent collision
* Good texture
* Mannequin straight from Black Ops II
DFF measurement: 440kb
TXD measurement: 756kb
COL measurement: 119kb
2.) Set up
MODLOADER:
Drag and drop my recordsdata into any subfolder inside ModLoader.
IMG Edit:
Open gta3.img with any IMG Modifying instrument and substitute vgswlcmsign1.dff, vgwwelcome.txd and vegasw_5.col with my recordsdata.
Then rebuild.
