You’ll be able to substitute any pedestrian with this pores and skin.
Set up:
1. Use IMG Instruments (or others) to open “gta3.img”
2. Search “wmyst.dff” and “wmyst.txd”
3. Substitute with the one in downloaded archive
4. Rebuild archive
