The Hawaiian Cop is a personal OC of mine I use while I play in the Welcome to Los Santos Servers. Being dripped out as he is, there’s no way I could contain him within my files only, so might as well give him to the community for other people to enjoy.
Also, no. The glasses are not part of the model.
To change your skin, simply rename the mod’s dff and txd file according to the name of the skin you want replaced.
