Installation:
Download Img tools, you will need it to gain access and edit .img files of the game, if you don’t know how, just look up a tutorial.
Extract the skin files in the archive.
For gta3.img – rename the files into its new appropriate name of your choice(for default skin replacement, rename the skin into “dnb2.dff/txd”).
For custom skin in skin.img – just insert the two files into skin.img, and you are done.
You are done and can now run the game.
Model and texture all belong to V@do$.
