Those who have played GTA III will have seen some pedestrians using this hoddy
I did this with Adobe Photoshop.
Although it seems like a simple mod, it took me 3 hours to finish it.
Sorry if the screenshots look a bit empty, I just didn’t have enough time.
Unfortunately, I have used another model to make this texture, which means you will have to replace 1 model and 5 textures.
in case you want to recover the original texture, outside the gta3.img folder will be the original texture or more or less
