The TXD template used came from the pedestrian SOMYRI. Eyebrows were redesigned by me and so was the eyes. The outside of the suit jacket was coloured in black, the pants as well and the shoes also. The face, ears and hands were recoloured to have the model’s skin tone to be white. The hair was coloured in dark brown and the belt remains intact.
This skin really works well in the San Andreas 3D era environment, especially that it blends in like an actual NPC in SA from the start. The model is based off Tanner from Driver 2.

PS, this mod took 7 hours to make.
