set up
-extract all recordsdata in archive
-open gta3.img with imgtools
-find m4.dff,m4.txd and delete it
-import m4.dff,m4.txd by me
-rebuild archive
-open weapon.dat in knowledge folder with notepad
-find m4,substitute with this
