The streets of Liberty City are in turmoil. Mafia groups clash for power, as the city slowly falls apart dragged along by political corruption, organized crime, drug trafficking and wild strikes.
Unable to trust anyone, Toni must rely on his own strengths in an effort to restore order to global chaos. Surrounded by ruthless assassins, cynical financiers, unscrupulous politicians and his own mother ready to have him killed, Toni tries to bring the city back under the control of the Lions.
Forced to fight for his life in an odyssey that will upset the foundations of Liberty City, Toni will have to use all the resources in his possession to secure a dominant position within the Leone family… in a city ready to fall into the hands of the most resolute.
