Cholo

They are one of the most dangerous gangs in Vice City. They have several important areas of the city.
Biker
Weapons: Guns, Micro S.M.G.
Motorcycle: Angel.
Branch: Protection and clandestine races.
Coverage: Bar “The Greasy Chopper”.
Nationality: American.
This gang of rocker bikers is not particularly dangerous. The boss, Mitch Baker, owns the bar “The Greasy Chopper”, which also serves as a cover for shady business. They can often be seen in Downtown on their Angel bikes.
Shark
Car: Red and White Ranches.
Weapons: Uzi, Micro S.M.G.
It’s basically the most ignored gang compared to the others, even if half Vice is their property.

They pretend to be vigilantes, but they’re not. They are hated by all Vice City gangs and often at war with other gangs.
Cubans
Boss: Umberto Robina.
Clothes: Jeans light t-shirts and a red band.
Car: Hermes 1980 modified.
Weapons: Guns.
Territory: Little Havana.
Branch: Shop.
Coverage: Robina’s Cafe.
Nationality: Cuban.
The gang, whose boss is Umberto Robina, son of former boss Alberto Robina, occupies the territory of Little Havana. The Robina’s Café has proved to be an excellent cover for years. Very attached to their tradition, they are men with great honor or as they say: “men with great coj***s”.
Vance
Boss: Vance.
Car: Admiral, Idaho, Landstalker, Stallion, Sabre Turbo, Polaris V8.
Weapons: Guns, Uzi, Ak-47.
Territory: Vice City.
